What Customers Say About Forever:

I'm mad at myself for scoring it higher than any Girls Aloud CD, I just can't believe I did that. Album points received/max = 53/55 = A+11 trax: 5x11 = 55.55/5 = 11, 11 stars = 1 letter grade.53 stars, A+, almost perfect.Breakdown:Holler *****5Tell Me Why *****5Let Love Lead The Way *****5Right Back at Ya *****5Get Down With Me *****5Wasting My Time *****5Weekend Love *****5Time Goes By ****4If You Wanna Have Some Fun *****5Oxygen ****4Goodbye *****5End thoughts: A re listen to this album to get all my reviews up here, and I find its still a smooth & cool venture into the popular R&B vibe. Sure its all been done before, but they did it very smart & crafty, was very, very surprised just how high I scored this album. So be it. Shocked but so be it.

i really wish geri didn't leave. they don't have that previous fun, spark and grit in their voices like on the previous 2 albums. there's nothing catchy or good. this album tries a bit too hard--to be R&B. and like the Amazon review so rightly said, seems like they are stealing music from other people. it's like these are imposters-not the same spice girls i knew and loved. seems like her departure put the remaining spice girls in a position where they didn't know what to do musically. i keep imagining that they were crying over geri and the future of the group right before they started recording the song i am listening to.

you can change musically but IT HAS TO SOUND GOOD. maybe it's me but i feel that they even sound sad, mopy, and energy-less b/c Geri's not in the studio. Holler is only ok. the reviewer sums up this album perfectly when they say, this has all been heard before.

Standout tracks for me include: "Holler", "Tell Me Why", "Weekend Love", "Oxygen" and "Goodbye" - in my opinion all better songs, and having greater emotional impact, than those on the first 2 albums. Firstly - zero stars for the official Amazon review provided by Courtney Kemp - those bland criticisms could be equally directed at a million other albums as well.but I won't go on.Now to "Forever" - it was my favourite Spice Girls album back then and it remains so today. While the first 2 albums were enjoyable and fun, "Forever" saw the Spice Girls attempting a more adult and sophisticated sound - one which I greatly enjoyed. Why this album was not widely embraced by pop fans I don't really know but I for one loved it. And still do.

The only problem with this song, taking away one point, it that their voiced, when combined, sound a little off in this song. Dance song, and also, very upbeat. Nobody's voice shines in this song.9. This should have been released instead of 'Goodbye'. I wish that they would redo this song with Geri (Ginger) and get back together.

Mel C (Sporty)'s voice shines in this song.4. Of course, both got to number one. Very nice, and the No No No No's are sung well, by Emma. Tell Me Why - 10/10A song meant for Geri (Ginger), asking her why she abandoned them. Awesome choice for a single. Let Love Lead The Way - 10/10Released with 'Holler'.

The song is great, and catchy, and the video is good, too. Victoria (Posh)'s voice shines in this song.3. Oxygen - 5/10Not a good tune to this song. The verses are much better than the chorus, though.

Best slow song on the album. Goodbye - 9/10A song to bid farewell to Geri (Ginger). Definite number one. Time Goes By - 3/10Yes, that is a 3/10. Theres nothing much else I can say about it. It is slow, and Mel B's rap in this song doesn't really fit it, but it is still kind of catchy. Here is my Track by Track review of Forever by the Spice Girls.

I try to ignore this song, but still not as much as 'Time Goes By'. Not catchy, and their voices seem out of place. Emma (Baby)'s voice shines in this song.8. This is definitely the weak point of this album. Mel C (Sporty)'s voice shines in this song.7.

Get Down With Me - 10/10Best song on the whole album. Wonderful, and maybe the most catchy on the whole album. Just great. Weekend Love - 8/10This song has a great theme. Holler - 10/10WOW. The whispering style of this dance song is iresistible. Right Back At Ya - 9/10Great for dancing, and parties.

Mel B (Scary)'s voice shines in this song.6. Emma (Baby)'s voice shines in this song.10. Hope you enjoy it.1. If You Wanna Have Some Fun - 10/10Is this sng slow, or fast. It's kinda both, and they fit perfectly together. I can't help it. If you have the extra cash, you have to buy this. Wasting My Time - 10/10Another 10/10.

Mel B (Scary)'s voice shines in this song.2. All of their voices shine in this song.11. Victoria (Posh)'s voice shines in this song.5. Gotta love it. It's weird because all of their voices shine in this song but it still manages to be somewhat bad. All of their voices shine in this song.OVERALL ALBUM - 10/10'Time Goes By', and 'Oxygen' fail to keep this album from a perfect ten.

HI: The spice girls came out ten years ago as the pop sensation of the 90's. It's not too rockish, and not something you'd fall asleep to. They are a talented bunch of musicians and singers.Songs are catchy and easy to sing along to. I really like them. Forever has a great deal of nice songs. I especially like : Let love lead the way, and Time goes By.> Great job by the Spice Girls.
